Typical responsibilities include:

Supporting children and young people with their daily routines.

Promoting independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Building positive, trusting relationships.

Supporting education, activities and life skills.

Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding standards.

Working as part of a supportive care team.
We're looking for people who have:

Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential for some opportunities).

A caring, patient and resilient approach.

Excellent communication skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality care.

Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends or waking nights where required.
