Our partner school in Doncaster is seeking a visionary Headteacher to lead a thriving SEND provision where every child can achieve their full potential; academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the school
North Bridge Enterprise College is a specialist SEND school for pupils aged 14 - 16 who have faced or are at risk of permanent exclusion due to challenging behaviours.
Since 2013, our partner school has delivered a personalised curriculum, offering both academic and vocational pathways to help students re-engage with education, gain confidence, and prepare for life beyond school.
Headteacher responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership, shaping the school’s vision, goals, and policies.

Manage and support the senior leadership team.

Oversee curriculum planning and teaching quality.

Monitor pupil progress and implement improvement strategies.

Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times.

Lead Ofsted inspection preparations and maintain compliance with Independent School Standards.

Manage school resources and staff development effectively.

Deliver exceptional outcomes for students with SEND.
What we’re looking for

Proven leadership experience in a SEND school or similar provision.

Minimum 2 years in a SEND setting.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
