• Develop bespoke strategies to manage behavioural challenges and create an inclusive learning environment.

• Foster partnerships with children, young people, and their families to ensure full engagement in the learning process.

Requirements:

• Empathy, understanding, and tenacity to address diverse learning needs.

• Ability to develop and implement individualised learning strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
