Our clients, based in East Norfolk, Norfolk, are actively seeking passionate and experienced **Level 2/3 SEN Teaching Assistants** to join their teams on a temp to perm basis. About the Role
The **Temp to Perm Level 2/3 SEN Teaching Assistant** position at our schools in East Norfolk involve working closely with pupils who have diverse needs, supporting them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will be an integral part of a supportive team, aimed at fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with their daily learning activities and personal development plans.

Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).

Providing one-to-one support for children with complex needs where required.

Monitoring and recording students' progress and behaviour.

Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent approach to supporting pupils.

Creating a safe, caring, and encouraging environment conducive to learning.

Promoting independence and social development among pupils.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEN settings.

Level 2 or Level 3 recognised qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children.

Responsive and adaptable approach to meet individual pupil needs.

A committed and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
