KS1 Teacher – Long-Term – Rural Village near King’s Lynn
Inspire EHC is working in partnership with a welcoming and community-driven primary setting located in a rural village near King’s Lynn. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join the school on a long-term basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing practitioner who enjoys working in a close-knit environment where pupils are supported to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role: You will be teaching a mixed Year 1 / Year 2 class, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support a range of learning needs. The school prides itself on its strong community ethos and supportive leadership team, making it an ideal environment for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and is expected to run for the full academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Create a positive, supportive classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants and wider staff
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 / Year 2 desirable)
- A warm, approachable and resilient manner
- Strong classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
