Secondary SEMH Mentor – (Cambridgeshire)
Inspire EHC are seeking Secondary SEMH Mentors to support young people who face emotional, behavioural and social barriers to learning throughout Cambridgeshire.
Secondary SEMH Mentor Your Responsibilities
- Provide consistent mentoring and emotional support
- Help learners develop resilience and regulation strategies
- Re‑engage young people with education
- Work collaboratively with families and professionals
- Commute to rural and city locations throughout Cambridgeshire
You’ll Suit This Role If You Are a Secondary SEMH Mentor
- Calm, patient and reflective
- Skilled at de‑escalation
- Passionate about supporting young people
- Able to commute to locations throughout Cambridgeshire
- Support secondary learners on mixed contracts ranging from 10/15 hours per week
