SEN Healthcare Support Workers – Opportunities in Guildford, Surrey
We are currently recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to work across a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings within Guildford, Surrey. These roles provide a rewarding opportunity to support children, young people, and adults with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for caring and dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals in safe, structured, and inclusive environments.

Role: SEN Healthcare Support Worker
Contract: Temporary, Ongoing & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support in SEN settings

Assist with personal care, daily routines, and emotional regulation

Support individuals with communication, behaviour, and social development

Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and care professionals

Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
Skills & Requirements:

A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach

Experience within SEN, healthcare, or support work is desirable but not essential

Willingness to undertake training and ongoing development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
