Make a Lasting Difference in a Specialist Therapeutic Setting
Inspire EHC is proud to be supporting a highly regarded specialist education provider in Norwich as they seek an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join their expanding team.
This unique setting provides education and support for children and young people who have experienced significant barriers to learning and who require a highly personalised, nurturing and therapeutic approach to education. Many pupils have a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, attachment needs, trauma-related experiences and associated learning challenges. The provision is built around the belief that every child can thrive when they feel safe, understood and valued. Staff work collaboratively to create an environment where positive relationships, emotional wellbeing and individual development are prioritised alongside academic achievement.
