Are you a passionate SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in North Hertfordshire? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive outreach provision, working with primary-aged pupils who have undiagnosed needs, SEMH, and EBD.
The Role
- Deliver 15 hours per week as SEN Teacher, providing tailored one-to-one and small group support
- Help pupils re-engage with learning through personalised, pupil-specific plans
- Work within an outreach setting based in and around North Hertfordshire
- Plan and deliver education alongside emotional support
- Keep safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at the forefront of everything you do
What You'll Bring
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting primary-aged learners with SEMH or EBD needs
- Recognised de-escalation training (or a willingness to obtain it)
- Comfortable travelling to a rural location near North Hertfordshire
- Right to Work in the UK is essential for all applicants
