The Role: Bank SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Bank SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and the wider school team, you will help create a positive learning experience tailored to each child's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH and communication needs throughout the school day

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Providing one-to-one and small group support
-
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
-
Promoting independence, confidence and social development

Helping pupils access learning in a way that meets their individual needs

Supporting pupils during breaktimes, transitions and enrichment activities

Maintaining accurate records where required

Following safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Location
This role is rurally based near Attleborough, Norfolk and is commutable from:
Attleborough, Wymondham, Diss, Thetford, Norwich, Watton, Hingham, Dereham and surrounding Norfolk villages. Please note due to the rural location you will need your own transport.
