Join our dedicated team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Worcester Park, Surrey, and help create a supportive, inclusive learning environment for pupils aged 4 to 19.
Position Details:
- Location: Worcester Park, Surrey
- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Hours: 09:00 - 15:30, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
- Pay: £84.05 - £90 per day (including 12.07% holiday pay)
- Contract: Long-term / Temp to Perm
Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant Will Include:
- Supporting children aged 4–19 with autism and communication needs as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Assisting pupils with their academic and emotional development within a nurturing setting in Worcester Park, Surrey
- Promoting confidence, independence and resilience
- Creating a safe, inclusive classroom as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For In a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- A genuine interest in working with children with SEND in a school based in Worcester Park, Surrey
- Patience, empathy and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to support personal care needs if required
- Commitment to professional development (CPD opportunities provided)
- Full-time availability and the ability to commute to Worcester Park
