SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Prepare learning materials and organize classroom activities to enhance engagement.
- Provide hands-on support and supervision to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Foster individual development and encourage students to engage with the world around them.
- Adapt to various roles in the classroom, both indoors and outdoors, based on each child's unique needs.
- Lead activities and facilitate outdoor experiences, ensuring safety during explorations.
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering exciting lessons and maintaining a clean and safe classroom.
