Typical Role Details:
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey and surrounding areas
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: Usually 08:30 – 15:30 (term-time only)
Pay: Typically £85 – £90 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
Contract Types: Long-term, temporary, and temp-to-perm opportunities
Typical Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom activities
- Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour
