SEN Teaching Assistant – Leatherhead, Surrey

We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for a pupil, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Role Details:
Location: Leatherhead
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (term-time only)
Pay: £90 – £95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
Contract Types: Long-term, temporary, and temp-to-perm opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom activities
- Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour
