The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Deliver 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with Autism, communication differences and SEMH

Follow personalised learning activities guided by teachers and pastoral staff

Promote emotional regulation and positive engagement in lessons

Build nurturing, trust‑based relationships rooted in patience and consistency

Support behaviour plans and therapeutic approaches
