£150 - £170 per day PAYE inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay (£33,000 - £38,000 per annum - dependent on experience)

Inspire EHC are delighted to be working with a specialist education setting in King's Lynn, Norfolk, to recruit an experienced Senior School Administrator / Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school that provides specialist education and therapeutic support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role
As the Senior School Administrator / Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school office. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead administrative processes, support school operations and ensure the highest standards of organisation, compliance and communication across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the school's administration function
• Line manage and support administrative staff
• Oversee admissions, attendance and pupil records
• Maintain safeguarding, compliance and GDPR documentation
• Support recruitment, HR administration and onboarding processes
• Manage purchasing, invoices and budget monitoring activities
• Act as the first point of contact for parents, professionals and external agencies
• Ensure the effective use of school management information systems
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Manager or School Administration role
• Experience working within an education environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems such as Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR and school compliance requirements
• A positive, resilient and professional approach
Desirable:
• Experience within a SEND, SEMH or specialist school setting
• School Business Management, Business Administration, AAT or CIPD qualifications
• Experience managing budgets and procurement processes
