We're looking for compassionate Support Workers who enjoy helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

Your role may include:

Providing person-centred support.

Supporting community access and activities.

Assisting with personal care where required.

Recording daily notes and following support plans.
