We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated professional to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. If you are passionate about supporting learners with SEND and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based activities both in the classroom, during home tuition, outreach programs, and outdoor activities
- Help prepare learning materials and contribute to achieving learning objectives, with a strong emphasis on behavioural management
- Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and identify barriers to learning
- Engage regularly with parents and carers to support learner development
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
- Possesses a passionate and committed approach to working with students with SEND
- Has at least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (highly advantageous)
