You&#39;ll work closely with the wider team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where every young person feels valued.</p>

<p>Inspire EHC is seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. This role is ideal for someone committed to supporting children and young people with additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, communication difficulties and trauma-related challenges. Using trauma-informed practice, you will help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.</p>

You will work in small classes of up to 6 pupils, supporting teachers and therapists to create a calm, structured and nurturing environment. Trauma-informed strategies will be central to your work, enabling pupils to build trust, regulate emotions, develop confidence and make meaningful progress.</p>

<p>An established specialist SEN education provider in Lowestoft, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher (KS2) to join their team as soon as possible.</p>

<p>This setting supports pupils aged 9 &ndash;16 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), mainly presenting with SEMH, social, emotional and behavioural needs. All pupils access small, highly supported classes, where learning is personalised, nurturing and relationship&#8209;driven. The role is to support pupils in a creative way and the school is looking for a creative primary teacher who enjoys working with children with SEN.</p>

<p><strong>About the Setting</strong></p>

<p>The provision is built around the belief that young people thrive when they feel safe, valued and supported, and that social and emotional development is as important as academic progress. Teaching takes place within a structured, trauma&#8209;informed environment, where positive relationships, trust and consistency are at the heart of daily practice.</p>

<p>Staff work collaboratively to deliver a creative and flexible curriculum, meeting pupils at their individual starting points while maintaining high expectations. Behaviour is supported through positive reinforcement, emotional regulation strategies and a strong focus on personal development, wellbeing and life skills.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>

<p>As a SEN Primary Teacher (KS2), you will deliver tailored learning programmes to a small group of pupils, supported by experienced teaching assistants and leaders. You will contribute to:</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>

<p>As a Humanities / PHSE Teacher (SEMH), you will deliver creative, accessible and meaningful lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils across two small, nurturing campuses. With class sizes up to 10 students and a learning approach rooted in movement, connection and curiosity, this is a role where you can truly teach beyond the textbook. Your lessons will bring humanities concepts and PHSE themes to life, helping students explore the wider world, understand themselves and develop the confidence to thrive.</p>
